Shipping

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days after confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes several working days (about 4-8) depending on your location and the courier.
• Delivery charges, and the order value above which delivery is free, are shown in your cart and at checkout.
• Once your order ships, a tracking link may be added on the Track Order page.

Payment

• Cash on Delivery may be available on some orders.
• For UPI payments, your order is confirmed after we verify the payment using your UTR number. This can take some time.

Cancellations

You can ask to cancel an order before it is shipped by reporting it on the Support page with your order number.

Returns and refunds

If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, report it on the Support page within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video. Return, replacement and refund eligibility is subject to the store’s policy and to verification of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or by UPI.
